1 How to complete registration correctly?

Many people think they become a driver just by entering their email, but that is only a 'Standard Tourist Account'. To take orders, you must complete the following upgrade:

  1. Log in to your account and enter the User Console
  2. Find and click [Become a Tour Driver]
  3. The system will guide you to fill in detailed information:
    • Choose your service city:Ensure you select the correct city, otherwise, you won't receive orders for that area.
    • Choose vehicle type and service method (Pickup Secret!): This determines what type of orders you can receive. The system supportsmultiple selection
      • If you don't have a vehicle:Check'Local Guide (No Vehicle)'. This means you only provide guiding service; transportation is handled by the guest or via public transport.
      • If you provide a vehicle (Driver-Guide):Check the seat counts you can provide (e.g., 5-seater Sedan, 7-seater MPV). Guests book based on vehicle types.
      💡 Expert Pickup Secret (Downwards Compatibility Rule):
      If you have a 7-seater MPV, strongly recommend checking both '7-seater MPV' and '5-seater Sedan'at the same time! Although the price for 5-seater orders is slightly lower, you gain double the opportunities!
      Upward misreporting is strictly prohibited:If you only have a 5-seater, never check 7-seater! If a guest complains due to lack of space, your account will be permanently banned.
    • Choose service language (Very Important):This is the core basis for order dispatch. Multiple selection supported.

      💡 How matching works:When a customer orders via the Chinese site, only guides who selected 'Chinese' will be notified.Strongly Recommend:If you are bilingual (CN/EN), please check both. This ensures you receive notifications from all site language versions!

  4. Save info. Your registration is complete only when you see 'Driver Status: Active' in your console.

2 How will I know when an order arrives? (Notification Methods)

When a traveler books in your city, the system dispatches the order to all active drivers immediately.First come, first served!Thus, keeping your notification channels clear is vital.

Method 1: Email (Basic, Recommended)

The system sends dispatch emails to your registered address by default. Ensure your inbox is active and enable mobile app alerts.

Method 2: Telegram (Highly Recommended)

Fastest and most stable. No message folding, instant lock-screen alerts. Essential for grabbing orders.

1. Trigger Binding

Log in to [Message & Notification Settings], scan the QR code, or click 'One-click Launch App' on your mobile browser.

2. Must click START

After jumping to the Telegram bot interface, you MUST click the [START] button at the bottom, otherwise notifications won't activate!

3. Set Username (Fast Communication)

Please configure a Username in Telegram's own [Settings]. Then re-bind as described above so the username is recorded. After pickup, the system provides an easy direct chat link for the guest.

4. How to grab orders?

When a notification pops up, simply click the [✅ Accept Order Now] button in the Telegram chat. You will be redirected to the site to confirm and secure the order.

Independent App for notifications. Due to OS updates, the app hasn't undergone recent testing. You may try to use it.

Important Advice:To prevent missed orders, strongly recommend keeping Email as your primary backup for notifications.。

3 How to confirm pickup? (The $10 Service Fee)

  • After being notified, click the Order Link and log in.
  • If you are the first to click [Confirm Pickup], the system will display the guest's contact info (Email/WeChat/Phone/other) immediately.
  • Quota and Fees:
    • New drivers receive 6 free order credits. You pay nothing for the first 6 orders.
    • Once free credits are used, you must purchase 'Pickup Credits' ($10/order flat fee). 1 credit is deducted when you confirm a pickup.

4 Client Contact & Pricing Rules (Must Read!)

The platform does not handle your cash flow; guests pay you directly. Please follow these principles to protect all parties:

Follow the 'Itinerary Price' strictly

Prices are locked based on specific itineraries. The total price you see when accepting is what the guest expects to pay.

  • No price gouging: Do not demand extra fees for distance or traffic after accepting the order.
  • No forced consumption: bitour focus on pure travel; strictly oppose 'forced shopping' traps common in traditional tourism.
  • Contact Promptly: Contact the guest as soon as you get their info (ideally within 12 hours).
  • Confirm Payment: Discuss payment methods (Cash, WeChat, Zelle, etc.) with the guest in advance.
  • Regarding Tips: Itinerary prices usually don't include tips. If your service is excellent, voluntary tips (but never solicited) belong entirely to you.
